As part of our team, you will play a key role in the development and management of the sector Logistics & Industrial Letting , with activities that include:
Management of process oflease for logistics properties , from the evaluation of spaces to the identification of thetenant. You will be the point of reference for property owners and tenants , guaranteeing personalized advice and support at all stages of the negotiation.




Identifying business opportunities through the analysis of market needs and the development of strategic relationships with corporate clients and logistics operators.
Processing of commercial proposals and marketing strategies to maximize the value of the properties in the portfolio.
Conducting inspections , you will manage the negotiations and you will ensure that operations are completed within the established timeframes and objectives.
Collaboration in drafting market reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions lease .
Management of back office and updating of the company CRM with precision and consistency.
We're looking for a motivated professional with experience and a passion for commercial real estate. Previous experience in the tertiary/commercial real estate sector; specific knowledge of the market logistics & industrial letting will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills , with a strong results orientation.
Good knowledge of English and the Office package.
