To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a dedicated, quality-driven, and passionate Chef de Partie (m/f/d) who creates unforgettable culinary experiences through craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail.

Your Tasks

- Independently managing your own kitchen section
- Preparing and creating high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Contributing to special culinary experiences such as Room Service and the Tasting Cube
- Supporting events, cooking classes, and personalised guest experiences
- Ensuring impeccable mise en place and consistently high product quality
- Creatively contributing to menu development and seasonal adaptations
- Ensuring compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Supporting and guiding Commis de Cuisine

Your Profile

- Completed professional training as a Chef and experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and precise craftsmanship
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong commitment to quality and a high sense of responsibility




- Team spirit, resilience, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English and/or Italian language skills; German is an advantage
