We are seeking a Grid Project Manager to join a leading Renewables team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of grid connection projects and make a tangible impact on renewable energy development in Italy. Key Responsibilities Manage the connection process with grid operators and oversee technical and strategic aspects for the Development Team Support tender processes for grid interconnection works: define scope, evaluate responses, and select contractors Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants Support contract preparation to ensure compliance with company requirements Coordinate internally with finance, legal, technical, and procurement teams during project assessment, due diligence, and implementation Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize grid connection solutions Estimate costs and schedule activities for grid interconnection works Review quality control plans and inspection programs of EPC/subcontractors Conduct site surveys, audits,
