Place of Work: Park Hyatt Milano – Aquam Spa Job Level: Operative Report to: Housekeeping & Spa Manager Responsible for: The Assistant Spa Manager / Direttore Tecnico supports the operational and strategic management of the hotel Spa, ensuring high service standards, excellence in guest experience, and full compliance with all applicable regulations (health, safety, and industry standards). This role combines operational, managerial, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the achievement of the Spa's financial and quality performance goals, in alignment with brand values (e.g., Hyatt: care, inclusion, service excellence).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Ensure a personalized guest experience aligned with brand standards Handle guest complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction Continuously monitor service levels and treatment quality Foster a guest-centric culture within the team Assist in planning and supervising daily Spa operations Ensure efficient management of treatment schedules and room occupancy Optimize workflows to maximize productivity and revenue Support inventory management and stock control Supervise and coordinate the Spa team (therapists, receptionists, beauticians) Support recruitment, training, and staff development Requirements Beautician/esthetician qualification (mandatory for technical role) Certification as Technical Director (where required by local regulations) Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or Management preferred Minimum 2–4 years' experience in a hotel Spa or wellness environment Previous supervisory or team coordination experience Experience with international brand standards preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of facial and body treatments and Spa protocols Familiarity with Spa management systems (e.g., Book4Time, Opera) Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to monitor KPIs and produce reports Soft Skills Leadership and team motivation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and stress management Sales-oriented mindset Languages Additional languages are a plus Job Level: 3° Turismo-Federalberghi Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: € 32.000 - € 35.000 gross per year / 14 months 12 free nights and discounted rates in all hotels of the group after three months of employment Complimentary staff cafeteria and laundry service Continuous learning and development opportunities
