We currently have an opportunity for a responsible and reliable Front Desk Agent, willing to cover both day and night shifts at our 5-star Roman address J.K. Place, Roma.

Our ideal Front Desk Agent is strongly guest oriented, capable in nature to establish a trusting, familiar but still discreet relationship.

The quality of guest relations must be preminent in the candidate in order to convey that sense of private home and personalized welcome typical of Casa J.K. Place, Roma.

The Role of Front Desk Agent at J.K.Place, Roma

Day shift duties

- Reception check-ins and check-outs management
- Hotel account issuing, accounting management and cash transactions
- Guest relations, knowledge and performance of LQA standard
- Concierge, detailed knowledge of the City
- Reservations management, arrivals and guests itineraries preparation

Night shift duties

- Night coverage is a key role that ensures the 24/7 Hotel operations and combines classic duties with night concierge duties, becoming responsible for security and surveillance of the hotel during the night
- Day Accounts closure
- Next business day files preparation, t reports printing for Management and Property
- Emergencies management
- Front Desk Management, night check-ins and check-outs handling

- Enthusiastic, motivated, respectful with an innate attitude and passion to delight our guests.
- Excellent level of English and Italian. Any additional language is a plus
- Very passionate and knowledge about hospitality
- Charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication and organizational skills
- Excellent team-work skills and attitude
- Flexible schedules and working hours: willingness to work on weekends and holidays required
- Multitasking, service-mindedness, empathy, problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of hotel PMS operating systems
- Mastery of major computer and technology systems
- Excellent knowledge of the surrounding area of related resources

Desirable

- Tourism or Hospitality degree
- International work experiences
- Compulsory courses in accordance with Italian labour legislation
