Senior Product Manager – EMEA

What you will do
Product Management and Range Building
Actively participate with the Planning Department in the development and management of product portfolios and category roadmaps for the EMEA market. Define product range strategies based on consumer insights, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and financial objectives. Collaborate closely with Planning,



R&D; and Business Manager to ensure successful product development and launches. Build competitive range architecture optimizing revenue and profit realization. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity identification through commercialization and phase‑out.
Brand and Portfolio Strategy
Co‑develop and implement the long‑term strategic vision for three international brands across the EMEA region. Co‑define brand positioning, value propositions, and portfolio architecture to maximize market penetration and profitability. Ensure product‑brand consistency while adapting strategies to regional market dynamics and consumer needs. Drive competitive analysis and identify emerging market trends to strengthen competitiveness.
Business Development and Growth Opportunities
