Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for FOAMGLAS industrial markets across South & East Europe, collaborating with key accounts, EPCs, and distributors to win tenders and maintain projects. You will set long-term regional strategy, lead sales teams, and align cross-functional partners to deliver value-based solutions that reduce energy use and emissions. The position combines regional expansion, technical sales leadership, and data-driven decision making in a market with long cycle times. You will be a pivotal link between customers and our portfolio, shaping how we scale in a sustainable way. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee FOAMGLAS industrial markets in South & East Europe and manage tenders and maintenance projects Lead Sales Leads and daily sales operations while working independently Set long-term segment strategy and drive innovation aligned with business objectives Promote the full FOAMGLAS Industry portfolio in line with Business Strategy Identify opportunities, secure specifications, and perform commercial realization for key projects Collect, interpret,



and act on industry data including forecasting and reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders Coordinate with Operations, Mar Com, Finance, and other internal teams Develop people for future growth and prepare the region for expansion Collaborate across the matrix organization to maximize value-based selling Responsabilità Strong technical background in engineering (industrial engineering or equivalent) Extensive experience in industrial insulation and with contractors, specifiers, and asset owners Proven leadership of sales teams with coaching and development Experience contributing to mid- and large-scale industrial projects Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is an advantage Experience in technical sales with long sales cycles; manufacturing or building materials background preferred Proven ability to manage international teams and work across cu
