Experteer Italy is seeking a leader for global Demand & S&OP; standards within Campari Group. This role requires 6–10 years of Planning or S&OP; experience and a background in transformation management. You will own the planning operating model and drive governance across regions, promoting AI-enabled planning capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, alongside project management experience in a multinational FMCG environment. A proficiency in SAP IBP is preferred.
