Experteer Overview As Lead, Portfolio and Performance Analytics, you will establish and guide the CUO Office for Continental Europe, building robust analytical frameworks and performance dashboards. You will influence underwriting strategies with data-driven insights and support portfolio optimization across Sompo's commercial operations in Europe. Your work will drive risk-aware decision-making, capital efficiency, and scalable analytics in a dynamic, globally connected environment.
