Retribuzione / Benefits Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions)
Corporate restructuring
Analysis of treatment of transactions according to national standards (OIC) and international standards (IAS/IFRS)
National and international tax opinions
Applications for tax rulings
Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)




Responsabilità At least 3 years of professional experience in leading national or international firms or consulting companies
Master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01) with final grade at least 100/110
Intention to pursue professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
