Experteer Overview Join Sulzer to shape wastewater treatment solutions for municipal and industrial plants. In this role you will bridge Sales, Engineering, and external stakeholders to define and tender technically robust, compliant proposals. You'll design process-based solutions, size treatment units, and coordinate bids while ensuring alignment with standards and client needs. You'll work across disciplines to drive successful tenders and smooth project handover, contributing to a sustainable water future. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze RFQs and tender documents for WWTPs (civil and industrial) Develop complete technical and commercial proposals with internal inputs Coordinate with process, mechanical, procurement, finance, and projects teams for bid inputs Perform cost estimates, BOMs for water and wastewater solutions Ensure timely tender submission and respond to clarifications Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales and customers Define process solutions for preliminary, secondary, tertiary,



and sludge treatment Size and configure treatment units and packages; prepare descriptions, datasheets, layouts Participate in customer, consultant, EPC, and authority meetings and workshops Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and EPC contractors during tender Align solutions with EN/ISO/local standards and project requirements Post-bid support, clarifications, and contract review from a technical perspective Structured handover of awarded projects to execution teams Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standardization and knowledge sharing Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering 4–7 years in application engineering, tendering, or technical sales in water/wastewater sector Proven experience with municipal and/or industrial WWTP processes Strong understanding of treatment technologies and plant layouts Experience in EPC or public sector tenders is advantageous Ability to translate proces
