Experteer Overview As Environmental & Energy ISO Systems Specialist at Ferrero in Alba, you drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and biofuel certification (DM 294/2024) for the plant. You will develop EMS processes, lead Sustainability Training and Communications, and ensure emissions compliance with permits. You also provide technical support for air emission systems and coordinate measurement campaigns. at the plant Develop and consolidate environmental and energy management processes Serve as referent for Sustainability Training and Sustainability Communication Programs Act as plant reference for emissions legal compliance and permit adherence Provide technical support for optimization of air emission treatment systems Manage air emission measurement campaigns and coordinate internal and external analyses Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain certification readiness Support continuous improvement of environmental and energy performance Requirements Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or related field at least three years of relevant experience solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 familiarity with biofuel certification competencies related to air emissions abatement systems attention to detail and critical thinking ability to work autonomously and in a team strong communication and presentation skills in a multicultural environment proficiency in English and Italian advanced MS Office skills and Auto CAD availability for future international mobility #J-18808-Ljbffr
