Responsibilities You will be working as part of our market leading corporate team and will regularly advise Italian and multinational companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A; and corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and other extraordinary transactions
You will provide assistance to domestic and foreign companies in domestic and cross-border transactions
You will also assist Italian and foreign investors and shareholders with respect to the definition of a proper corporate governance and the negotiation and execution of shareholders' agreements
Qualifications Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar
We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 4 and 5 years' PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
