Job Purpose
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of production and packaging lines, including the planning and management of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, through the coordination of internal and external resources.
- Oversee revamping interventions, propose investment projects and planned actions aimed at maximizing production line performance, ensuring spare parts availability, while complying with plant needs, management guidelines, and Group functional directions.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the management and updating of asset‑related documentation and mandatory documents for plant fixed assets, in compliance with legal requirements and Group procedures.
- Define the most suitable maintenance policies for production and packaging lines, acting as the person responsible for programs, costs, intervention methods, and the use of internal and external resources, in line with operational specifications and Group guidelines.




- Ensure the execution of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on production and packaging lines by coordinating assigned personnel and external contractors, in compliance with production programs and defined plans, achieving the best balance between time and cost.
- Guarantee high‑quality maintenance service preparation, reducing the duration and number of interventions, minimizing costs and downtime to ensure continuous operation of production lines and facilities.
- Identify, based on equipment specifications and technological evolution/obsolescence, the optimal technical solutions for modification requests from production functions, aiming to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Provide all necessary information to stakeholders and Group technical functions to evaluate feasibility and initiate investment authorization processes.
- Support installation and assembly phases of new lines and machinery, collaborating during testing and start‑up, and defining corrective actions in case of changes or delays
