The role
Anastasi, part of the IRCA Group and a rapidly growing company in the Dry Fruits business, is looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team in Bronte (Sicily).
What will you do
- Manage quality documentation and procedures , supporting audits, regulatory inspections, and ensuring proper tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
- Keep technical relationships with customers, handling the preparation and approval of the required documentation (specifications, declarations, questionnaires).
- Verify product compliance and prepare the necessary supporting documentation
- Collect and maintain export‑specific compliance information

Requisitions
- Education: Degree in Food Science and Technology.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the role, preferably within dry fruits sector.
- Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory.




- Computer Skills: MS Office.
- Behavioural Requirements: Highly organized and high attention to details, high energy and positive attitude, proactive and strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, openness to change and continuous learning.

Details
- Location: Bronte (VA), on‑site.
- Working hours: Tempo pieno, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
- Contract: CCNL Alimentare PMI.
- Level: Impiegatizio.
- Meal vouchers: €4 for each day spent in the office.
- Remuneration: Starting from RAL 26.000 €.
