Experteer Overview In this role you will own and evolve CAD/PLM software to support military and civil aviation programs, shaping best practices and delivering digital solutions across global teams. You'll bridge engineering and IT, map business needs to technical solutions, and drive projects in a cross-country, cross-functional context. The position focuses on building scalable PLM capabilities, supporting NPI/NTI initiatives, and enabling controlled data management across product lifecycles. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven role in a diverse, aviation‐focused environment. Responsibilities Own and manage CAD/PLM software products to enable NPI/NTI programs for military applications Manage product lifecycle and obsolescence,



develop and present investment cases for technologies Participate in planning R&D; activities Serve as liaison with Engineering to ensure proper support Translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions Collaborate with implementation teams to drive CAD/PLM platform developments Engage with international Agile teams to deliver global engineering solutions Build relationships with DT counterparts across Europe and the US Apply Agile methodology and the SAFE framework to deliver on time and budget Conduct stakeholder interviews and develop personas Qualifications Master's Degree in related field Proven technical depth on CAD/PLM platforms in complex, globally distributed environments Industry experience on PLM-related projects Comfort with ambiguity and delivering amidst uncertainty Strong interpersonal skills for geographically dispersed teams Ability to tailor communication to audience and use appropriate presentation techniques Fluent Italian and English Valid Work Visa per local regulations Benefits hybrid/remote work options performance-related bonuses private medical coverage life and injury insurance employee assistance program training and development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
