Experteer Overview In this role you oversee the release lifecycle for a Saa S platform, aligning Product Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cloud Operations. You will standardise processes, validate cross-service dependencies, and manage risk with clear rollback plans. You'll automate release checks, coordinate stakeholders, and relentlessly improve release efficiency. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and maintain Golden Standards for the release process across product teams Analyze cross-service dependencies before deployment to protect service integrity Assess risks of each release, define rollback plans and mitigation strategies Collaborate with Dev Ops to automate release checklists and quality gates Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Product, QA,



and Security for release timelines Continuously analyse post-release metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimise workflows Enforce release readiness standards across teams and block releases when risks are unclear Track delivery blockers, dependencies, and risk indicators; elevate as needed Ensure capability to deploy hotfixes and promote tested release candidates over cherry‐picked changes Responsabilità 3+ years in Release Engineering or Dev Ops in Saa S/Cloud‐native environments Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins) Strong understanding of microservices, API versioning, compatibility testing, and contract testing Hands‐on experience with Canary Releases, Blue‐Green deployments, and Feature Flag management Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to validate release success in real‐time Pragmatic mindset balancing process rigor with engineering velocity Strong communication skills to translate technical risks for non‐technical stakeholders Re
