Offerta We are seeking an Head of Legal who will lead the Legal function and act as a strategic business partner at both operational and advisory levels. Responsabilità chiave Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring prioritization, quality and timely execution Provide legal guidance to business functions, with a strong focus on risk management and compliance Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and third‐party agreements Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with internal policies Manage relationships with external legal advisors, optimizing costs and performance Monitor legal and regulatory developments,
