Retribuzione / Benefits Lead treasury projects from initiation to execution and post-implementation review Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business needs Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and external banks Manage governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and reporting to senior management Ensure on‐time delivery within scope, budget,
