Experteer Overview In this role you support diagnostic hardware systems and related peripherals to ensure high product performance and customer satisfaction. You work within a European service context, combining remote and on-site assistance to resolve complex hardware issues. You will deepen product knowledge, drive service improvements, and act as a technical bridge between customers and engineering. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and peripherals Respond to customer inquiries via remote or on-site visits to escalate to local engineers as needed Maintain deep knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line, including specifications and common issues Monitor support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service efficiency and cost improvements Responsabilità Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware Excellent problem‐solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian #J-18808-Ljbffr
