Commercial Manager – Plan & Order Point – Area Di Taranto
Responsibilities
- Lead the Plan & Order Point together with your team, driving business growth and creating a simple, inspiring and seamless customer experience
- Put the customer at the centre by turning their needs into clear commercial actions and results
- Grow and develop your team, building a positive, collaborative environment where people can perform and grow
- Work closely with other teams to share ideas, improve ways of working and strengthen overall performance

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roles and in leading teams in customer‑facing environments
- A strong customer and business mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results
- Ability to use data and insights to make decisions and improve performance
- Positive leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop people

Compensation and Contract
Permanent contract classified at Level II under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts
