Overview In this role you support cross-border financial offerings from Italy to EU markets, with focus on Germany. You will provide regulatory interpretation, draft opinions, and manage contracts for retail clients. You'll review EU financial agreements and derivative‐related contracts, partnering with internal teams to ensure compliance. You help shape negotiations with strategic partners and contribute to EU‐wide financial services initiatives. You will work in a multinational environment with a strong compliance and regulatory focus. with focus on Germany Draft written opinions on financial legal matters and regulatory interpretation Prepare and review contracts and communications for retail clients ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal requirements Review and negotiate EU financial agreements with market counterparties and contracts related to financial derivative transactions for retail clients Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with strategic partners (e.g., NDAs, Mo U, placement and distribution agreements for financial products) Responsibilities Excellent knowledge of Italian civil law and EU financial sector regulation Strong understanding of financial markets, including derivatives transactions (e.g., options, CFDs, certificates) English proficiency at C1–C2 level (written and spoken) German language skills at B2 level or higher are considered a strong plus Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services sector Strong results orientation, problem‐solving attitude, proactivity, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
