Experteer Overview In this role, you will partner with the VP to steer the Central R&D; organization, translating strategy into measurable objectives and ensuring execution across design, process, and product. You will align R&D; priorities with MDRF and company goals, driving cross-functional collaboration and governance. The position focuses on improving predictability, delivery, and KPI tracking for complex, global programs. This leadership role offers impact by shaping long-term technology roadmaps and scaling R&D; operations to accelerate innovation. You will communicate with senior leadership and influence decisions that advance the company's technology and product strategy.
