In order to strengthen the AFC team, we are looking for a Junior Procurement Intern. The selected candidate will mainly be responsible for:
- Supporting the collection and organization of purchase requests from various company departments
- Updating and maintaining supplier master data in the management systems
- Providing operational support in the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs)
- Managing the archiving of documentation related to the procurement process and supporting the department’s administrative activities

Requirements:
- Technical-commercial diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
- Interest in procurement activities and administrative processes
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail




- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proactivity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit
- Good knowledge of the English language

Workplace: Rome
