Experteer Overview In this role you lead engineering activities for projects, ensuring delivery within QCD commitments and coordinating with core teams and stakeholders. You present project status to customers and align inputs/outputs with partners, maintaining quality and timely design reviews. You manage the engineering core team across System, Software, Validation, RAMS, V&V; and quality, while tracking risks, actions, and KPIs. You drive risk mitigation, baseline updates, and escalation on critical paths to enable successful project execution. This position sits at the intersection of engineering, planning, and customer-facing delivery in a global mobility context.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead engineering work packages and ensure compliance with project QCD commitments
Represent Engineering in project core teams and manage stakeholder interfaces
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to customers; delegate detailed technical discussions as needed
Oversee inputs/outputs and design reviews with project partners to meet quality targets and timing
Provide management with regular performance reports and KPI analysis
Functionally manage the engineering core team (System, Software, Validation, RAMS, V&V;, quality)
Escalate staffing issues to Sub-System Manager (Tilting & BMS) and manage competences/subcontracting
Maintain baseline updates and validate Change Orders (Variation Orders)
Manage global scheduling convergence with support from Engineering Planning Manager
Coordinate with Engineering Quality Manager to improve project execution and address DFQ gate reviews
Lead risk mitigation and savings actions via inputs to RAMP and SAMP; update WPs accordingly
Communicate and escalated on critical engineering paths
Responsabilità Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
3/4 years of experience as a technical Project Manager
Knowledge of Software Project Management is a plus
Proficiency in English
Strong problem solving and analytical think
