Job Overview We are looking for a Digital & CRM Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing and customer engagement activities across the full funnel (from acquisition to retention). The role combines digital marketing, CRM, media performance, UX optimization and SEO, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of customer journeys. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing & Media Support planning and execution of digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Lead Ads) Collaborate with media agencies to optimize performance (CPL, conversion rate, ROI) Contribute to media plan definition and campaign optimization Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement 2. CRM & Customer Engagement Support execution of CRM campaigns (DEM, SMS, push, automated journeys) Define and implement segmentation and targeting strategies Contribute to customer lifecycle management
