To strengthen our Automation team at our Verona site, we are looking for a motivated and innovation-driven technical professional. Your responsibilities After an onboarding and training period focused on our machinery and technologies, you will join the team responsible for developing the software for our industrial systems. As part of the Electrical Engineering department and reporting to the Head of Electrical Engineering , your responsibilities will include: development of PLC software, HMI interfaces , and drive systems for automated industrial plants; testing, commissioning, and start-up of equipment both at our headquarters and directly at customer sites worldwide; troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of existing PLC software ; technical support for the Service Team and collaboration with Engineering and Customer Support departments; contributing to the continuous improvement of our automation systems and processes through acquired know-how; participation in the preparation of technical documentation and plant manuals.



Who we are looking for We are looking for a professional passionate about industrial automation, with a hands‐on mindset and strong team-oriented attitude. Requirements technical education in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics (technical institute, vocational academy, bachelor's/master's degree, or equivalent); experience in PLC and HMI development, preferably using Siemens TIA Portal; knowledge of additional automation platforms such as Rockwell Automation is considered a plus; good command of English, both written and spoken; willingness to travel periodically, mainly internationally (approximately 30% of the time); strong problem‐solving skills, operational autonomy, and attention to detail; customer‐oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills; valid category B driving license.
