Experteer Overview As a CBM for SME clients, you drive growth of the existing SME base and bring in new to bank customers through branch-based activities. You'll work with branches and HQ‐led initiatives to expand product holdings, manage profitability, and support customers' shift to digital banking via Connect FIRST. You will assess SME lending needs, submit credit applications, and ensure compliance while collaborating with branch leadership to deepen market penetration. This role blends frontline sales with credit understanding in a digitally‐forward bank.
