As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive our international expansion.
This is not a traditional export management position.
We are looking for someone who can open doors, build distributor networks, enter new markets and generate substantial international revenue growth.
Your Mission
Build Acqua Frisia’s international business by identifying, securing and developing long-term partnerships with distributors, importers, hospitality groups, retailers and strategic customers across international markets.




Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s international growth strategy.
- Identify, negotiate and onboard new distributors and commercial partners.
- Open and develop export markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other priority regions.
- Build sustainable distributor networks capable of delivering long-term growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasts and export budgets.
- Represent Acqua Frisia at international trade fairs and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments and emerging opportunities.
- Work directly with senior leadership to define growth priorities and expansion plans.
- Deliver measurable growth in revenue, profitability and market presence.
