Experteer Overview In this role you join Mc Kinsey's Operations Practice through the two-year Operations Excellence Program to tackle high-impact client challenges. You will work on problem solving, analyses, and recommendations across client engagements, guided by on-the-job coaching and a formal capability-building curriculum. The program blends strategic thinking with practical execution, helping you develop leading operations and consultancy skills. Responsibilities Identify issues and form hypotheses for client problems Design and conduct analyses and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations Contribute to problem solving across client engagements Engage in on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building programs Participate in functional training across manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations,
