NET‑A‑PORTER and MR PORTER, part of the Luxury segment within LuxExperience, seek a Catalog Specialist to support our Studio team in Milan.
What You Will Do
- Enter and manage technical specifications and key product information on a daily basis.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, requesting and following up on missing technical details and product specifications.
- Support the Senior Catalog Specialist with product planning and task coordination.
- Act as the first point of escalation for the team, helping to resolve day‑to‑day technical, system, or information‑related issues.
- Perform quality assurance checks on product data to ensure accuracy, ToV alignment, and legal compliance before go‑live.
- Take ownership of updating resources for the Product Copy and Catalog teams, maintaining and adapting guidelines and documentation as needed.
- Ensure clothing racks, trolleys,



and studio spaces remain organized and efficient for everyday use.

Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in catalog management; experience within fashion, design, or e‑commerce is a plus.
- Solid understanding of fashion, including luxury brands, products, textiles, and industry standards, and the ability to guide junior team members.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and consistent product information across brands and platforms.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented, with a drive to improve processes and workflows.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects while supporting team priorities and deadlines.
- Experienced in reviewing product data and conducting quality checks for accuracy, ToV, and compliance.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office, CMS systems, and other content or catalog management platforms.
