Overview Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth and market share in the Italian retail channel for built-in home appliances. You'll implement and adapt sales plans, leverage deep product and market knowledge, and collaborate across LG teams to optimize presence in key accounts. You will shape strategies, forecast demand, and manage relationships to improve customer satisfaction and achieve category targets. This is a collaborative, cross-functional position with a clear impact on LG's market leadership and customer value. Responsibilities Implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share Develop short- and long-term sales plans and forecasts and execute strategies for assigned customers Act as main liaison between customers and LG teams to facilitate communication and enhance satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights and provide feedback to internal stakeholders Manage customer relationships through accurate forecasting, sell-out tracking, budget control,



and cost management Build and maintain relationships with internal departments (Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, Finance) Travel across Italy to meet clients and support sales activities Collaborate with other Built-In Key Account Managers to optimize positioning across all sales channels Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Manager role within the Built-In home appliances market Strong knowledge of the Consumer Electronics market and retail channels Fluent in English; fluency in Italian required for non-native speakers Proven proactive sales track record with commercial acumen and ability to meet sales objectives Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience in KPI-driven performance environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills Effective time management and flexib
