Experteer Overview In this role you drive continuous improvement at the Roma Plant focused on tire building, quality and uniformity. You work with cross-functional teams to industrialize new products and optimize machine setup, aiming to reduce waste and raise product quality. You apply data-based methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, coordinating with internal and external groups to ensure compliance with BS standards. You will develop measurement tools and support training to embed a Technical Service mindset.
