Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will support construction planning activities from the home office to site execution, leveraging AWP processes on site. You will work closely with the Completions and QA/QC teams to ensure design and as-built integrity while coordinating documentation and materials. You will drive daily progress tracking, planning for upcoming work, and issue resolution through RFIs and field records. This position offers a chance to shape site execution in a complex energy infrastructure environment and contribute to safe, efficient project delivery. You will be part of a team delivering subsea, offshore, and onshore energy projects that underpin the company's energy transition goals. Responsibilities Coordinate discipline activity with the Completions Manager and align with Site QA/QC on inspections and punch lists Develop and complete design through engineering activities; prepare/answer RFIs and Field Work Order Requests Oversee Site Document Management and ensure proper filing and correspondence handling Facilitate drawings for construction equipment,



scaffolds, workstations, and construction aids Arrange procurement, fabrication, and installation of required items Provide Engineering support on site via the Project Manager at the home office Support acceptance or checkout on site as needed Manage RFI-based communication between Engineering and Construction for document tracking Close out RFIs and integrate into turnover systems for care and custody Capture daily progress in Work Face Planning software from Foremen input Analyze daily progress and schedule performance Lead weekly planning meetings with Superintendents for upcoming three weeks Generate weekly IWPs with input from General Foremen/Superintendents and record in WFP system Submit WRFIs for materials in advance and track delivery Interface with Construction Supervisor, Project Controls, and subcontractors to update WLA and WWP Record and share Lessons Learned from IWPs Qua
