Experteer Overview As System Engineering Manager for the ENCAR Business Line, you orchestrate engineering design for critical systems and plant areas, aligning technical work across disciplines and external centers. You'll lead 3 D model activities and ensure compliance with client requirements and project specs, while managing interfaces, deliverables, and risks. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering integrated, high‐quality engineering outcomes for complex projects. You will work with cross‐functional teams to enable timely decisions and support the project lifecycle. Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for assigned systems and plant areas throughout the project lifecycle Drive technical integration across engineering disciplines and external Saipem Engineering Centers, enabling effective and timely decision‐making Lead 3 D model activities, including planning, reviews, quality control and clash management Ensure compliance with Client requirements,
