Overview Experteer Overview As Yachting Sector Business Development Lead, you drive growth in ABS's yacht market by shaping BD plans, aligning client needs with ABS capabilities, and strengthening market presence. You will engage with owners' representatives, builders, refit yards, and other stakeholders to capture opportunities across new builds, refits, and sustainability initiatives. Based in Europe, you'll coordinate with internal teams to pursue proposals, monitor trends, and promote ABS services in the yacht sector. This role offers meaningful impact through strategic market insights and client engagement at a global scale. and management companies Partner with BD and internal teams to support proposals and client engagements Represent ABS at client meetings, trade events, and industry forums to enhance visibility Monitor market trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and client needs to inform strategy Provide market insight to promote ABS yacht sector services Support key account activities and promote ABS capabilities across the business community Responsibilities Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent MBA or equivalent preferred Seven (7) or more years of related experience Experience in yachts, passenger vessels, commercial marine, shipbuilding and repair, luxury marine assets, or related maritime services Experience in business development, market strategy, client engagement, or commercial support within the maritime industry is strongly preferred Experience in the European yacht market is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
