Management of industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with labor law and collective agreements Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning processes. Ensure proper management of compensation & benefits policies and incentive system HR planning activities, including headcount planning, workforce budgeting, and analysis of staffing needs aligned with business forecasts and operational requirements. Qualifications Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines. Strong experience in senior HR roles within complex industrial and multinational environments.
