Experteer Overview As an HR Operations & Compliance Partner, you will help scale Otovo's HR infrastructure across Europe, with a focus on Italy and Poland. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure efficient, compliant people operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You will own onboarding, lifecycle processes, and local labor law adherence, while supporting workforce planning and organizational changes. Your work enables smooth employee experiences and governance as Otovo expands its AI-powered energy solutions.
