Overview Experteer Overview As an Employment Tax Associate, you will support domestic and international employment tax advisory for clients, including high‐net‐worth individuals, cross‐border moves, and equity compensation. You join the Employment Tax Team to research technical issues and assist with due diligence in complex transactions. You will collaborate with senior leaders to tailor tax and social security solutions globally. This role offers progression in a growing practice within a collaborative, inclusive culture. Responsibilities Provide tax advisory services on domestic and international employment tax, focusing on complex structures and cross-border scenarios Manage tax advisory projects for private clients and high net worth individuals, including coordination with Italian tax authorities Advise on social security requirements for international mobility, including totalisation agreements and bilateral treaties Lead payroll due diligence activities during M&A;, carve-outs, and restructurings Support compensation and benefits matters: equity plans, stock options,



long‐term incentive plans, fringe benefits Draft technical opinions, memoranda, and defense positions in tax audits and litigation Qualifications Master's degree in Economics, Law, or related disciplines Qualified Dottore Commercialista and registered Chartered Accountant (Albo) 3–4 years of experience at a leading consulting firm or prominent tax/legal practice Experience advising on global mobility matters Experience managing international tax aspects for private clients (HNWI) Experience with equity compensation (carried interest, stock plans) Experience in payroll due diligence and compensation & benefits Fluent English; ability to operate in international contexts and draft technical documentation Quick learner, diligent, and adaptable with good interpersonal skills Benefits competitive salary performance-related premio growth leadership opportunities coaching from experienced senior team inc
