We are seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT and FACILITY SPECIALIST for a multinational company.
Ideal profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of supply contracts, rental and leasing management;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Fluent English;
- Valid B driving license;
- Strong teamwork attitude and collaborative approach.

Job Description
- Management of company fleet activities (including contract administration, supplier coordination and invoice verification);
- Management of company mobile phone contracts and support in hardware procurement activities;
- Coordination and supervision of general office maintenance and workplace organization activities;
- Support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to company facilities and equipment;
- Monitoring of utilities and general services, ensuring operational continuity and handling issues when required;




- Management of office supplies, furniture and company assets in compliance with internal procedures and policies;
- Support in supplier and service contract management, maintaining relationships with external vendors;
- Verification and control of supplier invoices, including reporting and KPI monitoring activities;
- Availability to support external administrative errands and operational activities;
- Backup support to the Admin & Facility Manager when required;
- Operational support in the organization of meetings, events and corporate activities.

We offer
- Employment type: permanent employment contract;
- Working hours: full-time;
- Salary (RAL): 33,000 - 37,000.
