Overview As CSA QA/QC Engineer you ensure civil, structural and architectural works meet project specs and client expectations on a flagship data centre build in Milan. You'll work with the CSA Construction Manager and quality teams to drive inspection activity, manage QA/QC documentation, and support subcontractor compliance. The role offers international exposure within a high-stakes, quality-led delivery environment. You will contribute to right-first-time delivery and smooth handover of final documentation. This position combines technical rigor with clear career progression in a challenging hyperscale project setting. Responsibilities Inspect CSA works for compliance with drawings, specs, and standards Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil, structural, and architectural scopes Review subcontractor method statements, ITPs, and quality submissions Conduct audits, inspections, and quality walkdowns on site Issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)



with corrective actions Provide technical quality support to construction teams and subcontractors Verify materials and workmanship meet approved standards Maintain records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation Support project reporting with quality updates and compliance tracking Assist handover processes including QA dossiers and final documentation Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance across CSA packages Qualifications Qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline Proven CSA QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or high-tech project experience advantageous Strong understanding of CSA construction standards, inspection processes, and compliance Experience managing ITPs, audits, NCRs, snagging, and quality close-out Excellent communication and stakeholder management Highly organized, detail-focused, able to work in fast-paced sit
