Experteer Overview As Trading Insights Specialist for FRIT, you will shape data-driven trading and coupon strategies to drive GMV and seller success. You'll own the trading calendar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into executable campaigns. You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and share learnings to continuously improve results. This role places you at the heart of turning data into practical actions in a fast-evolving marketplace. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage the FRIT trading and coupon campaign calendar aligned with priorities and seasonality Develop campaign briefs translating objectives into hypotheses, targets, and success metrics Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Finance and other teams for inputs and alignment on the trading plan Configure, QA, and launch coupon/promotional campaigns with operational excellence Coordinate with central product/ops on configuration changes and process improvements Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion, GMV, coupon utilization)
