As an IT Laboratory Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting Research & Innovation (R&I;) by managing essential scientific applications (especially Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and Open Lab). You could also be asked to manage other R&I; applications and act as a service owner for these solutions. These solutions help our researchers capture, organize, and share their data efficiently and securely. You'll join a young, collaborative team passionate about making a difference. Working closely with end-users and the service owner,



you'll ensure our digital solutions meet their needs, perform optimally, and remain compliant. By providing excellent support and continuously improving our tools, you'll help our scientific teams innovate and achieve their goals.
