Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Global Infrastructure and Digital Workplace teams, safeguarding cloud-based and on-premise platforms and ensuring reliable, secure IT services for FAO staff worldwide. You will drive the transformation of the headquarters infrastructure, integrate monitoring and service management tools, and manage disaster recovery and data centers. You will collaborate with leadership to shape IS/ICT strategy and governance, delivering resilient digital capabilities that enable the organization to fulfill its mission. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead CSI's Global Infrastructure activities, ensuring defined service levels and work plans are met Develop, monitor and report on KPIs for the assigned functions Prepare work plans, oversee delivery of IT operations and project outputs Manage financial and human resources for the infrastructure teams Advise senior management on IS/ICT strategies,



governance and standards Lead the development of an Organization-wide IS/ICT strategy and supporting standards Oversee external vendors, contracts and consultants, including performance and negotiations Represent the Organization in meetings to resolve IT issues and drive consensus Promote sustainability initiatives under the Corporate Environmental Responsibility Strategy Oversee disaster recovery, data centers, NOC, and cloud platform availability Drive transformation of the infrastructure with legacy replacement and new tools Ensure availability and warranty of FAO's WAN, LAN, and related infrastructure Coordinate digital aspects for corporate events at FAO headquarters and support AV setups Responsabilità Advanced university degree in a related field Ten years of relevant experience leading diverse infrastructure teams in an international setting English proficiency (level C) and intermediate knowledge
