Construction Manager – Civil/Building EPC Projects The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, and control of a construction project from inception to completion, whether performed by subcontractors or direct hiring. They ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, quality control policies, and company standards. With the support of the Project Manager or Site Manager, they confirm that the construction project is concluded successfully and meets client requirements regarding functionality and standards. They address delays, emergencies, and support site management in defining, monitoring, and updating project execution plans. Key duties include: Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations in terms of HSE, security, quality, stop‐work policy, and waste management procedures across all project phases. Providing leadership to build the project organization so that work execution meets quality specifications and project standards, ensuring all personnel hold required certifications and FTW training.



Coordinating all activities from project award to client handover, managing mobilization/demobilization of personnel, equipment, temporary facilities, and tools. Achieving time, cost, quality, and safety targets through direct coordination of the construction team, interfacing with subcontractors, vendors and clients, and ensuring each superintendent and supervisor can perform their scope, understand the construction KPIs, and strive to achieve them. Defining resource needs (personnel, vehicles, materials, logistic structures) in collaboration with the PM/Site Manager and developing the detailed construction program aligned with the overall project schedule.
