About the Role Build and run the technical/training/warranty function and team of the company, report to the head of aftersales & spare-parts department.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building
- Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction
- Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations




- Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans
- Responsible for setting up the training classes
- Responsible for KPI development of warranty team
- Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers
- Undertake related tasks of the department

Qualifications Fluent English and Italian. xrdztoy Experience in the OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands.
