Experteer Overview In this role you will own the Jaggaer procurement platform and ensure seamless integration with SAP, enabling end-to-end sourcing, supplier management and procurement analytics. You will partner with procurement stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions while guiding the application lifecycle and governance. The role sits at the crossroads of Procurement, ICT and Business, delivering improvements to digital procurement processes. You will shape how we manage vendors, contracts and data consistency to support Ariston Group's sustainable procurement agenda. This position offers meaningful impact by driving digital transformation in a global supply chain.
Retribuzione / Benefits Act as functional owner of Jaggaer and main contact for sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and analytics
Collaborate with Procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions




Ensure end-to-end SAP integration (MM / Procurement) and data/workflow consistency
Manage the application lifecycle (analysis, testing, go-live support, continuous improvement)
Coordinate external vendors ensuring quality, governance, and alignment with ICT roadmap
Support change management, user adoption, and documentation (guidelines, specs, materials)
Contribute to evolution of digital procurement processes and reporting capabilities
Responsabilità University degree in STEM or Business/Economics
Experience with Jaggaer or similar e-Procurement platforms
Working knowledge of SAP, especially Procurement / MM
Solid understanding of procurement and supplier management processes
Strong communication skills for business-IT collaboration
Fluent in English and Italian
