Experteer Overview In this role, you drive revenue growth in Central and Northern Italy for the Natural Gas sector by managing strategic accounts and pursuing new business opportunities. You'll balance farming and hunting—maintaining deep relationships while expanding the installed base and pipeline. You'll collaborate across functions to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction, while communicating the value of Emerson's gas solutions to complex stakeholders. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute sales strategies to grow orders, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts and territory
Manage a mix of key account development and new customer acquisition, balancing long‐term relationship building with new opportunity generation
Build relationships within complex customer organizations by identifying decision‐makers, sponsors, and key stakeholders at all levels
Maintain and advance a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools,
ensuring forecasting accuracy
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to adapt strategies and uncover opportunities
Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing and contract terms
Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Represent Emerson Natural Gas solutions with a focus on value‐driven selling across gas distribution, transmission, and industrial segments
Responsabilità Technical or engineering background, or equivalent hands‐on experience
Experience in sales within the energy, natural gas, or related industrial sectors
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in a customer‐focused way
Proven experience managing both existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
Fluency in Italian and English
Willingness to travel regularly across Central and Northern Italy
