Location: Milan, Italy — Hybrid (on-site client work + remote) Contract: Freelance / P.IVA (Partita IVA) — project-based Travel: Availability for on-site travel across Italy and, occasionally, internationally About the role We are building a network of senior freelance SAP consultants to support enterprise and mid-market clients across a broad range of SAP programs — from greenfield S/4HANA implementations and rollouts to AMS (Application Management Services), migrations, and functional/technical enhancements. We work with a demand-driven model: projects are matched to consultants by specialty, seniority, and availability. Whether you cover a single module in depth or bridge multiple areas, we want to hear from you. What we're looking for Proven, hands-on delivery experience on real SAP projects (implementation, rollout, AMS, migration, or optimization).



Comfort working directly with clients — gathering requirements, writing functional/technical specs, configuring, testing, and supporting go-live. Solid command of English (Italian is a strong plus for local delivery). Freelance status (P.IVA) or willingness to operate as an independent consultant. Based in or near Milan, or able to work in a hybrid setup with regular on-site presence. Willingness to travel for on-site phases when the project requires it.
