What you will do
As IT Business Analyst Order to Cash (OTC) you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) toward all the functions that have a stake in the Order to Cash related processes (sales, supply chain, finance), supporting them in defining their needs, while collaborating with all the different IT technical partners (internal/external) to deliver the most efficient digital solution to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Company organizations to help them improve their processes and systems to solve existing business problems and achieve goals.
- Act as the first IT point of reference for the Business Units for all processes in its area, in collaboration with other IT functions, across the entire architecture.
- Own functional OTC/OTD solutioning on SAP landscape.
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new solutions and enhance existing ones.
- Conduct monitoring analyses of the Sales processes to identify improvement opportunities.




- Collect and analyze Business Requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the development teams.
- Grant deliverables meet expectations in terms of functionality during the solutioning phase.
- Monitor development activities, act as a facilitator in resolving blocks or problems.
- Within a project, manage and lead specific tasks or streams by collecting requirements, identifying phases, and monitoring progress.
- Support users in project activities and testing new functionalities and enhancements.
- Interact with Order to Cash and Logistics departments from HQ and local markets.
- Interact with other areas of IT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.
- Interact with third parties/suppliers to verify proposed solutions, check activity planning and due dates.
- Participate in major incidents analysis and solutioning.
